Key Responsibilities Prepare purchase orders, request quotations, and recommend procurement actions Maintain records of purchase requisitions, orders, costs, and inventory data Monitor delivery schedules and track ordered materials and outsourced items Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and shipment schedules Communicate with internal departments on order status and incoming shipments Generate daily Material Demand and Purchase Order reports Analyze inventory levels for raw materials and supplies Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery and quality compliance Handle freight coordination, cost evaluation, and scheduling Resolve delays, backorders, and supply chain issues with vendors and internal teams Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Required Skills Vendor management and negotiation skills Inventory and procurement planning Strong communication and coordination abilities Knowledge of purchase processes and documentation Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred) Additional Details Department: PurchaseReporting To: (As per company structure)Location: BhiwandiType of Position: Full Time
