Extrusion Machine Operator

We are hiring an Injection Moulding Operator to operate and monitor injection moulding machines and ensure smooth production with quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines as per production schedules.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and product changeover activities.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, screw speed, and output.
• Feed raw materials as per production requirements and maintain material traceability.
• Ensure consistent product quality through regular visual and dimensional inspections.
• Identify and report machine abnormalities or process deviations to the Shift Supervisor.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain daily production records and machine logbooks.
• Follow SOPs, 5S, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.

Required Skills

• Experience operating plastic extrusion machines.
• Basic understanding of extrusion process parameters.
• Knowledge of polymer raw materials such as PP, PE, ABS, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, or similar.
• Ability to identify basic machine faults and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of production documentation and quality checks.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Technical qualification preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator in a plastic, polymer, masterbatch, or related manufacturing industry.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in polymer compounding, masterbatch, plastic extrusion, PVC compounds, or engineering plastics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of extrusion machine start-up, die change, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, and workplace safety practices.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
