Executive – Import Export

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Import Export with 3–4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in import-export documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth international trade operations. Exposure to EcoVadis certification processes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and maintain import-export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review.
• Monitor and update records related to import-export transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
• Support sustainability and compliance initiatives, including EcoVadis-related documentation and audits, where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Finance, and Operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Import-Export operations.
• Strong knowledge of import-export documentation and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with EcoVadis certification and sustainability compliance processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and trade management software.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
