Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical and quality operations.
- Supervise testing and quality teams.
- Develop technical procedures.
- Improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics
- 5+ years in electrical manufacturing
- Experience with transformers, stabilizers or UPS
- Strong leadership and technical troubleshooting skills
- Team management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
