Location Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra   Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Import Export with 3–4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in import-export documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth international trade operations. Exposure to EcoVadis certification processes will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and maintain import-export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs-related paperwork. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, vendors, and logistics partners. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review. Monitor and update records related to import-export transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations. Support sustainability and compliance initiatives, including EcoVadis-related documentation and audits, where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Finance, and Operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in Import-Export operations. Strong knowledge of import-export documentation and procedures. Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or experience with EcoVadis certification and sustainability compliance processes. Location Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra   Full job description About the Role We are looking for a Shift Supervisor with hands-on experience in Polymer Compounding, Masterbatch Manufacturing, PVC Compounds, Engineering Plastics, or related polymer processing industries. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities during shifts, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and adherence to production schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities during assigned shifts. Monitor polymer compounding, extrusion, mixing, and masterbatch manufacturing processes. Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning. Manage operators, helpers, and machine technicians during shifts. Monitor machine performance, productivity, and downtime. Ensure proper usage of raw materials, additives, fillers, pigments, and masterbatch formulations. Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams.
