Position Summary The Injection Moulding Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection moulding machines to ensure smooth production and quality output as per production requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate injection moulding machines and related equipment. Monitor machine parameters and product quality during production. Perform mould loading/unloading and basic machine setup support. Inspect finished products for defects and quality compliance. Maintain production records and shift reports. Ensure proper material handling and machine cleanliness. Follow safety procedures and production guidelines. Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for troubleshooting. Qualifications ITI / Diploma preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in injection moulding operations. Basic understanding of moulding processes and machine operations. Position Summary The QA/QC Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory testing of raw materials and finished polymer products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Perform physical and mechanical testing of polymer materials. Conduct tests such as: Melt Flow Index (MFI) Tensile Strength Testing Impact Testing HDT/VST Testing Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including: MFI Tester Universal Testing Machine (UTM) Izod Impact Tester HDT/VST Apparatus Spectrophotometer Record and maintain test reports and quality documentation.
