Clinic Manager (Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and business-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness clinic specializing in:

• Skin Treatments
• Hair Fall Treatments
• Dark Circle Treatments
• Chemical Peels
• Laser Hair Reduction
• Acne Treatments

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in clinic operations, patient counseling, sales conversion, team management, and revenue generation. Candidates from aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, cosmetic centers, wellness clinics, slimming centers, IVF clinics, or healthcare service industries will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations

• Manage complete clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience and service delivery.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff.
• Ensure appointment scheduling and patient flow management.

Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive clinic revenue through patient counseling and treatment package sales.
• Convert inquiries and walk-ins into paying customers.
• Monitor lead management and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹7–8 Lakhs or higher.
• Track conversion ratios and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

Patient Relationship Management

• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
• Handle escalations and resolve patient concerns professionally.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention rates.

Team Management

• Manage receptionists, counselors, therapists, and support staff.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular reviews and training sessions.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly clinic performance reports.
• Monitor revenue, patient footfall, conversion rates, and collections.
• Manage inventory and vendor coordination.

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in:
• Aesthetic Clinics
• Skin & Hair Clinics
• Dermatology Clinics
• Cosmetic Clinics
• Wellness Centers
• Healthcare Operations

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong sales and patient counseling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving clinic revenue targets.
• Experience managing clinic staff and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
