Location: Kota, RajasthanSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per monthJob Type: Full-time Overview We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production teams, and ensure targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage production staff, including team leaders and associates Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met Monitor production processes, workflows, and operational efficiency Maintain product quality in line with SOPs and company standards Handle reporting on production output, quality variances, and work-in-progress Conduct regular team meetings and provide operational updates Ensure workplace safety and conduct periodic safety training Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and production supplies Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D for product trials Step in for managerial responsibilities when required (Responsibilities aligned with internal JD ) Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant production/manufacturing role Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR MSc / Diploma in Chemical or related field Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control Strong problem-solving and team management skills Good understanding of safety practices in manufacturing Preferred Skills Leadership and team handling experience Strong communication and coordination skills Basic mathematical and analytical abilities Benefits Competitive salary package Career growth opportunities Stable full-time role
