Position Summary The Production Supervisor – Polymer Compounding will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in the polymer compounding plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, process efficiency, and safety compliance are achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities in the compounding plant. Operate and monitor extrusion and mixing processes. Ensure production as per approved formulations and customer specifications. Monitor machine parameters, output quality, and process efficiency. Coordinate manpower allocation and shift activities. Maintain production reports, downtime records, and material consumption data. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations. Support troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Diploma / B.E. in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or CIPET. 2–3 years of experience in polymer compounding or plastics manufacturing. Experience in masterbatch, engineering plastics, or compounding processes preferred. Knowledge of extrusion machines and production operations. Location Pune – Hinjewadi Compensation Up to ₹4 LPA
