Location Kota, Rajasthan   Full job description About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth plant operations, maintain quality standards, and lead shop-floor teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or chemical production environments and possess strong team management skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure production targets are achieved. Manage production operators, technicians, and shop-floor staff. Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards. Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise documentation. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations. Monitor work-in-progress and resolve production-related issues. Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Ensure housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained in the production area. Track production efficiency and recommend process improvements. Assist in inventory monitoring of production-related consumables and equipment. Support production trials, new product development, and process optimization activities. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Required Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. Understanding of SOPs, GMP, safety standards, and quality systems. Team handling and leadership abilities. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of production planning and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Preferred Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, polymer, or process industry. Experience in handling production teams and shift operations.
