About the Role
We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide an exceptional patient experience at our Skin, Hair & Wellness Clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients visiting the clinic.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain patient records and clinic software entries.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff.
- Handle billing, payments, and receipt generation.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk.
- Support patient follow-ups and basic treatment package inquiries.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Patient Coordinator, or Customer Service Executive.
Preferred
- Experience in a skin clinic, dental clinic, wellness center, salon, spa, or healthcare setup.
