Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development and execution of residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, working drawings (GFC/GFI), and detailed specifications
- Lead design development for residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants (MEP, structural, etc.), and internal teams
- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and execution standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and construction workflows
- Handle statutory drawings and approvals in coordination with liaison teams
- Prepare presentations, design concepts, and pitch decks for clients
- Guide and manage junior architects and team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project requirements
Required Qualifications
- B.Arch or M.Arch (Mandatory)
- 8–9 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
- Proven experience in both residential and commercial projects
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of design development and construction processes
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and project management
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- LEED / IGBC certification
