Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead end-to-end project planning for high-rise residential/commercial towers. The role involves managing timelines, optimizing resources, and ensuring smooth execution using Mivan construction technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of planning and execution timelines for assigned tower(s)
- Develop detailed project schedules, baseline plans, and WBS
- Prepare and monitor micro-level construction planning
- Track site progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules
- Identify delays, conduct variance analysis, and implement recovery plans
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and management
- Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment)
- Track procurement schedules and ensure timely material availability
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates
- Drive planning for Mivan cycles and high-rise construction sequencing
- Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 10+ years in planning for real estate / construction projects
- Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects
- Hands-on experience in Mivan construction methodology
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Required Skills
- Expertise in project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera (P6) / MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and execution
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Leadership and team management skills
