Accord Hire is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to manage calling, lead conversion and customer coordination for a reputed building materials & architectural solutions company based in Hyderabad.
This is an office-based role suited for candidates who are confident communicators, organized and comfortable handling high call volumes.

₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Role Overview
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining product offerings, converting inquiries into orders and coordinating between customers and internal departments. The candidate will also ensure proper follow-ups, customer satisfaction and timely payment coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls and send emails to prospects

Explain product offerings and convert inquiries into confirmed orders

Coordinate order details with factory and internal teams

Maintain and update customer database and sales reports

Follow up with customers for payment and order completion

Inform clients about delays or changes when required

Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution

Support after-sales service when requested

Maintain customer feedback and satisfaction records

Assist management with additional operational tasks when required
Required Skills

Strong verbal communication in English and Telugu (mandatory)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel)

Good persuasion and negotiation ability

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Organized and disciplined work approach

Comfortable handling daily calling targets
Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Experience:

Telesales / customer service / sales experience preferred
