Project Manager – Civil Construction

Location: Khammam, Telangana

Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum (Based on experience and current CTC)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil construction, project scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder management, procurement coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage project teams, including site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and raise material indents as per project requirements and drawings.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project claims.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve project challenges, conflicts, and operational issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
