Position Summary The QA/QC Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory testing of raw materials and finished polymer products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Perform physical and mechanical testing of polymer materials. Conduct tests such as: Melt Flow Index (MFI) Tensile Strength Testing Impact Testing HDT/VST Testing Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including: MFI Tester Universal Testing Machine (UTM) Izod Impact Tester HDT/VST Apparatus Spectrophotometer Record and maintain test reports and quality documentation. Support quality audits and compliance activities. Ensure laboratory cleanliness, calibration, and safety standards. Position Summary The Production Supervisor – Polymer Compounding will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in the polymer compounding plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, process efficiency, and safety compliance are achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities in the compounding plant. Operate and monitor extrusion and mixing processes.
