Location: BangaloreSalary: Up to 50,000Experience: 3+ YearsJob Type: Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for construction and elevator projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with project standards, managing inspections, and maintaining high-quality delivery across all phases of execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project-specific quality plans Monitor work processes to ensure required inspections, tests, and documentation are in place Review and approve quality plans from subcontractors and suppliers Schedule and manage inspections and testing activities Ensure compliance with applicable construction codes and industry standards Train project teams on quality requirements and best practices Monitor and enforce self-inspection processes across teams Manage costs associated with quality inspections and testing Identify, report, and classify quality issues effectively Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback on quality performance Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction quality management Experience in large-scale or complex projects preferred Prior experience in elevator/lift construction is a plus Education: Engineering degree (preferred) Skills Required Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and documentation Knowledge of construction standards and compliance requirements Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large infrastructure or industrial projects Familiarity with quality systems and reporting tools Professional certifications in quality or engineering (preferred) Why Join Us?
