Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support elevator installation and modernization projects. This role involves coordination between teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning and executing projects Coordinate schedules, resources, and communication across teams Maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, reports, permits) Monitor project progress and escalate issues when required Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items Support procurement and logistics of materials Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate inspections, testing, and certifications Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma / ITI / BE (relevant field) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Languages Required: Kannada (mandatory), English Additional Languages Preferred: Hindi, Telugu Skills Required Strong communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of project management Ability to multitask and handle deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Working Conditions Office-based role with occasional site visits May require travel to project sites and client locations Why Join Us?
