Location: Gunjur – Kodati Rd, Opp. Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir School, East Gate, Bengaluru – 560087Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time Work Schedule Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday if required) Weekly Off: Sunday Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Overview We are looking for an experienced QS – Billing & Planning Manager with strong expertise in high-rise residential construction and Mivan technology. The role focuses on cost control, contractor billing, quantity surveying, and project planning to ensure efficient execution and financial management. Key Responsibilities Quantity Surveying (QS): Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates Monitor material usage, wastage, and cost optimization Verify contractor RA bills, final bills, and variation claims Evaluate extra items, deviations, and change orders Maintain cost reports and MIS on a regular basis Billing & Contractor Management: Verify and certify contractor and subcontractor bills Ensure accurate measurement and reconciliation Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payments Planning & Scheduling: Develop project schedules using MS Project / Primavera Prepare micro-level planning (Mivan cycles, floor-wise schedules) Track project progress and implement corrective actions Prepare weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules Cost Control & Budgeting: Prepare budgets and cost forecasts Track cost variance, cash flow, and project financials Support management with financial analysis and projections Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams Prepare dashboards, reports, and billing summaries Support audits and management reviews Eligibility Criteria Experience: 10+ years in QS, billing, and planning roles Experience in high-rise residential / township projects preferred Strong exposure to Mivan construction technology Education B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering(Diploma candidates with strong experience can also apply) Required Skills Expertise in QS, billing, estimation, and cost control Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, Excel, AutoCAD Strong understanding of construction sequencing and planning Excellent analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently Why Join Us?
