Key Responsibilities Plan dispatch and packing based on work orders Coordinate with transporters, logistics vendors, and agents Track shipments and ensure timely delivery Maintain inventory and stock movement records Handle logistics negotiations and cost control Coordinate with production and quality teams Maintain daily dispatch reports Support invoice processing with the accounts department Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 3–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations Required Skills Vendor and logistics management ERP or inventory management system knowledge Strong coordination and communication skills Time management and reporting skills
