Full job description Job Summary We are urgently hiring an ITI Fitter for our manufacturing facility in Morbi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Candidates with experience working on bearing-related machinery or palm/pall machine maintenance will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery. Repair and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machines. Replace and align bearings, shafts, couplings, and other machine components. Diagnose faults and ensure minimum machine downtime. Carry out installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues. Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operations. Required Skills Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience in machine repair and maintenance. Knowledge of bearing fitting, replacement, and alignment. Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments. Understanding of preventive maintenance practices. Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage. Eligibility ITI (Fitter) or equivalent technical qualification. 1–5 years of experience in machine maintenance. Experience in manufacturing, ceramic, engineering, or industrial plants preferred.
