Location: Gunjur – Kodati Rd, Opp. Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir School, East Gate, Bengaluru – 560087Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per monthJob Type: Full-time Job Overview We are hiring a Site Engineer – QA/QC with hands-on experience in construction quality control, RMC, and waterproofing. The role involves managing on-site execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams for timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per approved drawings Ensure implementation of QA/QC standards at the construction site Handle RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) work including pouring, testing, and quality checks Oversee waterproofing activities and ensure proper execution Work with Mivan formwork system and ensure correct alignment and quality Conduct site inspections and maintain QA/QC documentation Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering Experience: 2–5 years in construction / real estate projects Experience in residential or builder projects preferred Required Skills Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes Hands-on experience in RMC (mandatory) Experience in waterproofing work Understanding of construction drawings and execution Familiarity with Mivan construction (preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Additional Information No accommodation provided No travelling allowance provided Work will be primarily site-based Why Join Us?
