Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support elevator installation and modernization projects. This role involves coordination between teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning and executing projects
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and communication across teams
- Maintain project documentation (contracts, drawings, reports, permits)
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues when required
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support procurement and logistics of materials
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and certifications
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma / ITI / BE (relevant field)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
- Languages Required: Kannada (mandatory), English
- Additional Languages Preferred: Hindi, Telugu
