About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and confident female candidate to join our team as a Telecaller / Sales Executive. You will be working on leads provided by us and will be responsible for converting them into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call potential clients from the provided leads
- Explain our services clearly (Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, CRM Solutions)
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain basic call and lead records
Requirements
- Female candidate (mandatory)
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus
- Must have a laptop/mobile and stable internet connection
- Self-motivated and target-driven
