Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Executive to manage guest bookings and serve as the first point of contact for guests.
The role focuses on delivering a seamless reservation experience while optimizing room occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR).

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with operational accuracy and understands how reservations directly impact revenue performance.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication & Booking Management

  • Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel facilities
  • Assist guests with booking decisions and special requests

System & Data Accuracy

  • Maintain updated room inventory and rate information
  • Manage guest profiles and billing instructions in the Property Management System (PMS)
  • Ensure booking details are error-free and properly documented

Revenue & Inventory Control

  • Process booking modifications and cancellations promptly to minimize revenue loss
  • Coordinate with front office and housekeeping for room readiness
  • Monitor booking patterns to support occupancy and ADR targets

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with front desk and sales teams for special reservations and group bookings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packages, promotions, and seasonal pricing

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in hotel reservations or front office reservations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Guest-first attitude and service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and manage peak booking periods

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with channel managers and OTA extranets
  • Experience with hotel PMS software (Opera, IDS, eZee, etc.)
